BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Sen. [Chuck] Grassley, a Republican, came out and said he's upset by this. He said trade policy and border security are separate issues. This is a misuse of presidential tariffs authority. Your reaction? 

TOM HOMAN (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): He's wrong. I mean look what's happening on the border. I've done this for -- I've done this for over three decades. This is unprecedented what's happening. I have never seen chaos like this on the border. One issue I have, we could do more. I mean, interior with our agencies could do more. I have said many times there is hundreds -- over 100,000 family units with final orders been ordered removed by the immigration judge. We need to seek them out and return them to their homeland. We need to execute the final orders issued by these judges so there's no integrity in the entire system. That's not being done. We need to do it. I did it four years ago and it worked. And I can't understand why that's not happening.
