PETE HEGSETH (CO-HOST): [Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA)] is saying that these identities are the very issues that will define our identity as Americans. What do you say?

CHARLIE KIRK (TURNING POINT USA): It's a really bizarre way to look at it. So she accuses us as using the critique of identity politics as trying to divide people. She's the one that's dividing people. So look, the left, they are so hyper focused on race. They look at everyone in different little compartmentalized racial identity politics. And just for everyone at home so they understand, what identity politics is, it's the idea that your identity is your skin color. We as conservatives or those that just consider ourselves Americans. We think your identity is in your ideas, not your skin color. But the left, they always try to divide people, not unite people. And I like to say that Democrats want to create a country where everyone looks different but they think the same. I believe true diversity is not skin color diversity but ideological and intellectual diversity. Kamala Harris wants to continue to divide America because she'll be able to benefit from it politically.
