JASON MILLER: I think he needs to be very forward looking. I think he needs to talk about the issues that are right in front of us. Talk about North Korea, Syria, ISIS. I think what the president shouldn't do is anything in the past or talking about the election or trying to appease any of the election denier folks who are out there and talk about what is right in front of us which is North Korea. And we have to get more buy-in from the Russians and we have to try and find a way to get more buy-in from the Chinese as well.
