White nationalists and other extremist figures are embracing Turning Point USA founder and right-wing radio host Charlie Kirk’s comment blaming the spread of “cultural Marxist ideas” on “Jewish dollars.” Kirk’s naked antisemitism has ramped up amid Israel’s “complete siege” of Gaza following the deadly October 7 Hamas attack.

Since the attack, Kirk has repeatedly blamed Jewish people who donate to colleges and universities for fueling “Jew hatred” on college campuses. Before the latest conflict, Kirk and Turning Point USA demonstrated a pattern of associating with racists and antisemites.

Using a burner account, Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Charlie Kirk says that White children are being taught a cultural Marxist curriculum that is ‘primarily funded by Jewish dollars.’ Consciousness rising… we are so close.”

Fuentes has previously bragged about Kirk adopting his extremist messaging.

As noted by Jewish Currents, “cultural Marxism” is antisemitic shorthand for the conspiracy theory that Jewish intellectuals “developed anti-racism, feminism, and sexual liberation in order to undermine traditional American values.”

Users on 4chan — the far-right message board site that serves as a home to extremism, bigotry, conspiracy theories, and antisemitism — celebrated Kirk’s antisemitic statements.

In reference to Kirk, one 4chan user asked, “Did we finally get to him?”

Former U.S. Senate candidate Lauren Witzke celebrated Kirk’s commentary on X. Witzke has previously pushed antisemitic conspiracy theories, including suggesting that the Jewish Rothschild family had advanced knowledge of 9/11. She also worked for the antisemitic outlet TruNews.

Right-wing blog National File, which is operated by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, reposted about Kirk’s commentary on X, commenting, “Charlie Kirk …  tells us EXACTLY who is behind Cultural Marxism.”

This is not the first time that extremists have celebrated commentary from Kirk.

In August, Kirk posted “Whiteness is great. Be proud of who you are.” His commentary elicited positive responses from a number of far-right figures.

On Telegram, Fuentes posted a screenshot of Kirk’s post, commenting, “Groypers Won.”

Antisemite and CEO of Gab Andrew Torba wrote, “To be clear: we have successfully shifted the Overton Window and will continue to do so. Don’t stop posting.”
