STUART VARNEY (HOST): How do you feel about it? I mean absent -- I don't care whether it's a constitutional question or whether you can do it with an executive action. Let's suppose it's put in place. And just because you make it across the border doesn't mean that any child you have is going to be an American. What do you personally feel about that?

BRIAN KILMEADE (FOX & FRIENDS HOST): I just think the law is the law. If you're sneaking into the country, and you have a kid in order to do it, to maybe change the trajectory of generations, I'd rather you do it through the right immigration system, through our processes. And I wish it was easier, that Stuart you didn't have to take years and a lot of money for you to become a citizen. It doesn't take years for that Stanford grad, a lot of money, and a lot of endorsements in order to stay here. I think the refugees, we could open up the doors and do a better job screening, but bring more in. I think, the legal part of our immigration system has got to get better and easier, while the illegal has got to be a real, really tough.

VARNEY: Yes, I agree.
