BENNY JOHNSON (HOST): So you think the election last night to gerrymander Virginia -- which, by the way, let me just set the framing for all of this. So it came down 51-49. That's how they won. That's how they always win. That's always the percentage. That's the percentage of Joe Biden in every single algorithmically won swing state. It's always --
REP. ANDY OGLES (R-TN): Georgia.
JOHNSON: -- that exact same. Yep. And that's where — every Georgia Senate seat that they stole as well. Like, it's 51-49 every single time. That's the number they plug into the computer — right? — in order to get the results. But, you know, I chuckled to myself when I saw the final numbers this morning. What that is is 51% of the population stripping away the civil right of representation from 49% of the population. That's how you get a civil war.
OGLES: Yeah.
JOHNSON: Right? Like, that's how you get -- I mean, that's like almost human right violation, but it certainly is constitutionally a massive violation. And you can't have, like, these -- Kamala Harris won Virginia by, what, 4, 4 and a half points?
OGLES: Right. Right.
JOHNSON: And now there's 1-to-9, 1-to-10 congressional split
OGLES: Yeah.
JOHNSON: With Northern D.C. controlling six different congressional districts.
OGLES: That's right.
JOHNSON: Congressman, this is a broken system.
