AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): We've been telling you all about AOC and her theory about what's fueling the migrant crisis.

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): The freshman Democrat facing backlash after tweeting this: “The far-right loves to drum you up fear and resistance to immigrants. But have you ever noticed that they never talk about what's causing people to flee their homes in the first place? Perhaps that's because they'd be forced to confront one major factor fueling global migration: climate change.”

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): I'm curious, does Fox News contributor Lawrence Jones agree. Lawrence, welcome. Were you surprised with her take on not -- it's not brutal regimes, it's not corrupt politicians, it's climate change?

LAWRENCE JONES (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): Well, I'm not surprised because then she would have to confront her whole policies when it comes to socialism and the countries that have emboldened that movement. But look, this is a little ridiculous, even for her. You know, what people fail to realize is that when you support the illegals that are coming across this border, and I understand a lot of them are trying to come to America for a better life. But in order to get across that border you've got to pay, all right? And that's the cartel. And you'reemboldening that movement to get them across -- it's not climate change that is causing the people to get across this border. It's because those countries have governments that are dictators, they suck, it's corruption. The police departments are corrupt. The food is terrible there. That is the crisis that is coming across the border.

Fox regular claims ICE is only rounding up criminals. Noncriminal arrests by ICE more than doubled under Trump.

Fox reporter suggests US should be “punishing” Central American countries “for not doing more to stem the massive migration” of asylum-seekers
