DAGEN MCDOWELL (HOST): But there is much to be explored in these accusations.
ANDREW NAPOLITANO (FOX NEWS SENIOR LEGAL ANALYST): Yes.
MCDOWELL: Just the timing of it, the fact that Sen. Dianne Feinstein first learned about it in July, that it just was revealed last week. The FBI has put basically a letter, the letter in Brett Kavanaugh's file, but Brett Kavanaugh has been investigated many times over the 25 years that he was serving in government.
MCDOWELL: But, judge, is it disqualifying? And, again, you raise the issue of if the Senate Judiciary Committee interviews this woman, makes her testify publicly, you have to press her on any potential bias that's there.
NAPOLITANO: Yes, of course. So this gets into --
MCDOWELL: How she's conducted herself in recent years, what her political affiliation is, which is said to be a Democrat.
NAPOLITANO: Correct. What contributions has she made, who does she communicate with on social media. Now, her social media either has disappeared or is disappearing. She may very well say, "I'm protecting the people I communicate with," but the Senate's going to have to get into this.
