Chuck Todd promotes Roger Stone's book while interviewing him about the Russia investigation

Stone suggests Mueller may indict him for “extraneous” crimes

Republican operative and President Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone appeared on NBC's Meet The Press to discuss special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation. Despite previously being banned as an on-air guest by MSNBC, host Chuck Todd promoted Stone's new book. During the interview, Stone claimed Mueller may indict him for “extraneous” crimes, but not for collusion. CNN's Andrew Kaczynski subsequently pointed out that Todd asked Stone “the same questions he always gets about Wikileaks” instead of pressing him on his contradictory claims regarding any connections between Russia and Wikileaks.
