LAURA INGRAHAM (HOST): I spent a lot of time in Africa and there's a lot of people there who -- their villages are being burned with flamethrowers by Islamic groups, their mothers and sisters have been stolen and kidnapped. They do live in actual fear, it's not just economic, but fear for their existence.

ELISA MASSIMINO (PRESIDENT, HUMAN RIGHTS FIRST): So, let me just tell you about that --

[CROSSTALK]

INGRAHAM: My point is –

MASSIMINO: Honduras, let’s just say to the point that you just raised, Honduras --

INGRAHAM: I’ve spent a lot of time there, I know Honduras very well.

MASSIMINO: It’s one of the top five most dangerous countries --

INGRAHAM: It’s not our problem.

MASSIMINO: -- in the world.

INGRAHAM: It’s not our problem.

MASSIMINO: Number one is Syria, number five is Afghanistan, the other three are in Central America. 

INGRAHAM: Yeah, Chicago is pretty dangerous right now, right? 

MASSIMINO: So, the problem is that people are fleeing violence. Our law -- 

INGRAHAM: Yeah, Chicagoans are fleeing violence. Baltimoreans are fleeing violence.

MASSIMINO: It's our law. I mean, if you want to change the law, you can do that. But the law says that people who are fleeing persecution are entitled to ask for asylum.
