HEATHER NAUERT: And the bad blood continues between Donald Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan. Trump refusing to endorse Ryan ahead of his primary challenge next week in Wisconsin. Trump saying, quote, “I'm just not there yet.” It's very similar to what Ryan said about endorsing Trump back in May. Remember this?

NAUERT: Well, Ryan's opponent, Paul Nehlen, is a big Trump supporter. Trump praised him for running what he said is “a very good campaign.” And those are your headlines. A very busy news morning. I'll see you back here in about 20 minutes.

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): It's hard to imagine Donald Trump doing something more damaging to keep getting the party together than telling John McCain and Paul Ryan, “I'm not there yet.” Terrible move.
