JON SCOTT (HOST): Again, I come back to General Petraeus, gets indicted, charged with a felony.

ALAN COLMES: He told a mistress -- knowingly told a mistress what he knew to be classified information. That's very different than what Hillary Clinton is -- you can't compare what Petraeus did to this. And, by the way, how many former secretaries of state have used private email? Petraeus got in trouble because he knowingly told a mistress what he knew to be classified information.

SCOTT: But, she was a former Army officer, you know, a stand-up American.

COLMES: Jon, you know that's very different than what Hillary Clinton allegedly has done.

SCOTT: Well, we don't know whether other people accessed her emails.

COLMES: Well, there's no evidence that -- if national security has been compromised, can someone show where and how that's happened?

SCOTT: But how was national security compromised in the Petraeus case?

COLMES: He knowingly told a mistress what he knew to be classified information. That was proven in court.
