LAWRENCE JONES (CO-HOST): So do you think that the -- I know you say until it's resolved, will the market respond more favorably for the rest of the day as long as the talks continue? Or does the war need to completely be over?

CHARLES PAYNE (GUEST): Well the bias will be to the upside for the rest of the day. But already, one of the reasons we were up 1200, now up 800 is immediately, everyone is coming out well it's only five days, it's only this, it's only that. One of the worst things for the market hasn't been the war, it's been the media's coverage of the war, right, and all the doubters and all the negative stuff, and we're supposed to win a war with one of the largest countries in the world in two days, and so that kind of stuff, that kind of chattering keeps a cap on it. But obviously there is a sigh of relief and there's a sense that okay the needle is moving.
