TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): Colleges have padded their enrollments with foreign students, many of them from China, paying full price, makes it harder for American kids to get into the state-subsidized schools. I'm not sure what it adds to the school in some cases. I think that flow is going to be cut down quite a bit after this.
