Either way, the veteran newsweekly posted its list earlier this week, ranking a recent discussion he had about not knowing who Lady Ga Ga is as Number One.

“I think of myself as a musical ignoramus who doesn't hear or like the nuances of sound that other people do like,” Rooney says in the segment that ran earlier this year.
