Citation From the June 15, 2020, edition of MSNBC Live with Katy Tur:

DAVID BOSTOCK: I think this is just one step in laying the groundwork, though, because it underscores given everything going on in our country today that we still have more work to do. And I will lend my voice to those efforts to make sure everyone is treated equally. There is no room in this world for discrimination or racism.

KATY TUR (ANCHOR): As you said, this wasn't a split decision. This was a clear ruling. 6-3. This also goes against what the Trump administration was trying to do in this case, but also what the Trump administration was trying to do just days ago by rolling back health care protections for transgendered Americans and for queer Americans. What is the message that you believe that is being sent to the Trump administration?

BOSTOCK: That we will no longer tolerate these types of acts of discrimination and racism. This is an effort that we all need to standard together with.
