STUART VARNEY (HOST): Politics. The White House wants to eliminate Obamacare completely. Democrats not happy, OK. Joining us, RNC chair Ronna Romney McDaniel. So, the obvious question: You want to eradicate it completely. You're back to square one. What do you replace it with? You didn't have an answer two years ago. Have you got an answer now?

...

VARNEY: Can I make a suggestion? Can I make a suggestion about that? You want to restore the doctor/patient relationship, well, you get rid of the lawyers. You bring in some tort reform so that a doctor is no longer always defensive, feeling that any patient he or she sees is going to sue them. You give me tort reform, and you got a real answer to the question, the problem.
