STUART VARNEY (HOST): Now, we're going to show you Johnson & Johnson again, because — okay, they're down, not that much. They were hit with a staggering $8 billion jury verdict over their anti-psychotic drug Risperdal. We'll have more on that in just a moment. But they were hit with a big claim right there. STUART VARNEY: This Risperdal thing really gets to me, because they're only found guilty of not warning —
ASH WEBSTER (CORRESPONDENT): Not sufficiently warning doctors of the potential side effects.
STUART VARNEY: They say they did do it. So you take them to the cleaners, you rape them for $8 billion, because you didn’t warn them?
WEBSTER: But to Shah's point, that will be overturned.
