STEVE BANNON (HOST): It's all messaging. If you heard Speaker Johnson and Thune you get the point of what we're doing and what we're - how we're driving this thing. It's a Schumer shutdown, but there's a lot to do, and this can be to our advantage.
I'm a huge believer in these government shutdowns because number one, you can do lots of reconstruction. Number two, it's been a winner for us in '13 and it was a winner for us in '18.
