JOE BIDEN (PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES): The Department of Labor is developing an emergency rule to require all employers with a hundred or more employees that together employ over 80 million workers to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week.
SEBASTIAN GORKA (GUEST HOST): Perhaps the most egregious assault on our freedoms since habeas corpus was suspended during the Civil War.
She is with us today to talk about this medical bigotry. Jenna, is this hyperbole? Have we seen such egregious assault on individual freedoms in America since the Civil War?
JENNA ELLIS (NEWSMAX CONTRIBUTOR): Not at all. This is the most overbroad, unconstitutional, and absolutely insane assault on our civil liberties in recent memory. And for Joe Biden to come out and say that he's been patient and now his patience is wearing thin, well, it's not the government's responsibility to become impatient with the American people reserving to ourselves the right to exercise our constitutionally protected rights. And every single member of Congress, every single state governor, and every single attorney general needs to come out and demand that Biden retract these statements, he retract this executive order, and they need to condemn this as the egregious assault on civil liberties that it is.
