In 2004, David Brock founded Media Matters for America. David also is the author of five political books, including The Fox Effect (coauthored with Ari Rabin-Havt, Random House, February 2012) and The Republican Noise Machine: Right-Wing Media and How It Corrupts Democracy (Crown, May 2004).
