Lis Power is the director of media intelligence at Media Matters, where she has worked since July 2014. Previously, she worked for Teach For America in Miami, FL. She graduated magna cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College with a bachelor’s degree in government.

Alex Kaplan is a senior researcher at Media Matters with a focus on social media misinformation and disinformation and online extremism. He joined the staff in March 2015. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications, law, economics, and government from American University.

Grace Bennett is a researcher at Media Matters, where she has worked since June 2017. She has a bachelor’s degree in government from Georgetown University. She previously has interned at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and on Capitol Hill.
