Eric Hananoki is a senior investigative reporter at Media Matters, where he has worked since November 2007. He graduated from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Bushra Sultana is a deputy research director at Media Matters, where she’s worked since 2017. She has a master’s degree in publishing from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a master’s degree in English literature from Kinnaird College, Lahore, Pakistan.

Craig Harrington is a research director at Media Matters, where he worked from 2013 through 2017 before rejoining the organization in December 2021.

Sharon Kann is the senior director of innovation & impact at Media Matters, where she has worked since December 2015. She has a master’s degree in communication from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Iowa.

Kayla is a research director at Media Matters, where she has worked since September 2018. She holds a master’s degree in chemistry research from Stony Brook University and has a background in LGBTQ media and advocacy.

Brennan Suen is Deputy Director of External Affairs at Media Matters, where he was formerly the LGBTQ program director and has worked since July 2015. He has a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and he formerly interned at the Human Rights Campaign and SKDKnickerbocker.

Olivia Little is senior investigative researcher at Media Matters. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and public policy from Indiana University. Olivia previously worked as a research associate for Sen. Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential campaign.

Lis Power is the director of media intelligence at Media Matters, where she has worked since July 2014. Previously, she worked for Teach For America in Miami, FL. She graduated magna cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College with a bachelor’s degree in government.

Alex Kaplan is a senior researcher at Media Matters with a focus on social media misinformation and disinformation and online extremism. He joined the staff in March 2015. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications, law, economics, and government from American University.

Allison Fisher is director of the climate and energy program at Media Matters, where she joined in October 2019. She was previously the outreach director of Public Citizen's Climate and Energy Program.

Audrey Bowler is Media Matters' Associate Digital Director. She has a degree in political science from Gettysburg College, and previously worked at the Council on Foreign Relations.

Lisa Hymas was director of the climate and energy program at Media Matters from May 2017 to August 2019. A longtime environmental journalist, she was also a senior editor at Grist.

Natalie Martinez is a researcher at Media Matters. She holds a B.A. in American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. 

Alan Pyke writes about economic issues for Media Matters. Previously, he spent two and a half years covering the infrastructure and rhetoric of the conservative movement at BridgeProject.com and PoliticalCorrection.org. He holds a BA in Politics from Oberlin College.

Rob Tornoe is an award-winning editorial cartoonist whose work has appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, NPR and msnbc.com, among others. He is also an avid sports nut and rabid Buffalo Bills fan (don't remind him), and draws sports cartoons for the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Solange Uwimana is the Immigration Issues Program Director at Media Matters. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Colorado.
