Karen Finney is a Senior Fellow at Media Matters and a leading political strategist, communications consultant and media contributor. She previously hosted 'Disrupt w/Karen Finney' and was a political analyst on MSNBC for five years.

Pam Vogel is Chief of Staff at Media Matters, where she has worked since August 2015. She has served in numerous capacities at the organization, including as a research director from 2020 to 2022.

Rebecca Lenn is the director of external affairs at Media Matters, where she has worked since September 2010. She was previously a political fellow at The Eleison Group. She has a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s degree in religion from Yale University.

Zachary Pleat is a senior researcher at Media Matters, where he has worked since January 2009. He has a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of South Florida.

Ari Rabin-Havt hosts The Agenda, a national morning radio program airing on SiriusXM 127. He is also a senior fellow at Media Matters and was on the faculty of the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.

Jeremy Holden is Director of Research at Media Matters and host of Media Matters Radio on SiriusXM. He has more than 10 years experience analyzing public policy, reporting on business and government, and researching the effects of media on public behavior.

Melissa Ryan is a visiting fellow at Media Matters and the editor of the Ctrl Alt Right Delete weekly newsletter. She’s spent a decade leading digital campaigns for nonprofits and political races.

Simon Maloy was a senior writer at Media Matters. Formerly a political writer for Salon.com, his writing on politics and media has also appeared in The Week, Rolling Stone, and The American Prospect.

Kate Sarna is a researcher at Media Matters. She previously worked in the press shop of the South Carolina Democratic Party and is a proud alum of UC Berkeley, where she earned a B.A. in Media Studies.

Luke Brinker has been a researcher at Equality Matters since July 2013. He holds an M.A. in the social sciences from the University of Chicago.

Laura Houston Santhanam is a senior researcher at Media Matters. She joined Media Matters in March 2013 after researching the media industry and news coverage trends at Pew Research Center. Prior to that, she worked as a newspaper reporter in Arizona, Tennessee and Mississippi.
