Jessica Torres is a researcher at Media Matters. Previously, she worked at the Southern District of New York United States Attorney's Office, and served as a board member for SAFER. She graduated from Williams College with a degree in History and concentration in Africana Studies.

David Lyle is the Director of Media Matters' Courts Matter project. He is a former law clerk to a federal court of appeals judge, and for 10 years served as the deputy director of the American Constitution Society.

Remington Shepard is a researcher at Media Matters. He was graduated from Williams College in 2008 with a B.A. in History and Political Science.

Emily Arrowood is an Associate Research Director at Media Matters. Previously, she worked for the Democratic National Committee. She graduated magna cum laude in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and attended Vanderbilt University Law School.
