Generally these convictions would not include drug-based crimes, simple assault -- is assault really simple? -- DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or charges without convictions. Wow. ICE would not deport, according to Jen Psaki, the White House Press Secretary, illegal immigrants guilty of assault and DUI under the plan. Wow.
