SEAN HANNITY (HOST): Now, I'm not making a medical diagnosis either, Bill, but this is a problem for the world. He's the leader of the free world. Now, I'm not going to tell you or this audience, yet, I have told my staff, how I think this is going to play out.
I want -- look -- I hate his policies but, Bill, we need a president that can be fully, completely engaged.
Will they get him over the hump of the speech? Yes. Will they get him through his State of the Union address? Yes. Will they even probably, barely get him through a press conference with softball questions pre-planned? Yes.
But the reality is what it is, and he is struggling cognitively. There's something not right here.
BILL OREILLY: Okay, I agree. But nothing's going to happen, they're not going to move him out for Kamala Harris or anything like that because it is a positive for the people really running the government which are remnants of the Obama administration.
Susan Rice is the most powerful person in the country right now. Susan Rice, the top domestic advisor to Joe Biden. Never hear her name, never see her face, she keeps quiet. But, she's calling all the shots. Biden will do what he is told to do.
