GERALDO RIVERA:  You can't ignore that Chicago's just announced they are hiring over a thousand new cops. That's a good thing. I think that we have to consider Donald Trump's suggestion of a national stop-and-frisk. Stop-and-frisk helped end the awful contagion of violence in New York City. Maybe they need that in Chicago.
