Hannity miscast nonpartisan CBO's estimate for Social Security solvency as partisan Democratic claim

In an interview with Lynne Cheney, wife of Vice President Dick Cheney, on the January 19 edition of FOX News' Hannity & Colmes, host Sean Hannity attributed a nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimate of Social Security's solvency to partisan Democrats:

HANNITY: As we go forward with debates like Social Security, is this something that you think is a good thing that we're taking on now? You keep hearing the Democrats say we're not going to go broke for another 50 years.

The CBO projects that the current Social Security program will be unable to pay promised benefits in full beginning in 2052.
