CHRIS SALCEDO (HOST): Michael, I want to pivot out to California. I don't know if you've seen this video yet, it's gone viral, of this woman out there who basically spent all this money -- money she didn't have, cause she was already being devastated by the China virus -- to put out outdoor dining so she could stay open. Then the state shuts that down. Meanwhile, in the lot next door to her, craft services shows up from Hollywood and they have, basically, the same set up to feed their cast and crew out there. I guess they can safely do so, and they can operate, but she can't. And a lot of folks -- she's emblematic of a lot of the unfairness out there. What's your take?

MICHAEL REAGAN (GUEST): Well, let me tell you, I eat at that restaurant. I also eat at In and Out Burger in the same center. I get my eyes done in the same center that you, in fact, are talking about. My family's been eating there for absolutely years. And this is what's going on in California. Where the middle class, the workers in California, are being devastated while those who have money - like Hollywood, or the governor, or the mayor - are living the life of Reilly while the rest of us are being devastated by, not the virus, being devastated by the rules that they are making. I told someone this morning, I said I feel like I'm a Jew in the 1930s. And this is exactly what's happening in California. It's outrageous what's going on.

And I have a friend of mine who has a hair salon, he said to hell with it. He's opening up his hair salon this morning. He's been taking customers all day long. In the place where my wife goes, my daughter go, in fact to get their nails done, they're willing to come to the house. Where we go to get our hair done, that girl's willing to come to the house. This is what you're having to do. While, by the way, you have the governor and the Speaker of the House, their wineries are in business up in northern California. It's interesting. Southern California is being hit. But their wineries are not being hit at all.
