BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST):  I don't know why "60 minutes" edited her down. I am going to let you talk about this over the weekend. But stunning news yesterday and revelations on the Russia hoax. Newly declassified docs appear to show that Hillary Clinton approved a plan to smear Trump in that summer prior to the RNC. With the Russia collusion documents and brought Vladimir Putin along with her. Here is a quick look at one of the excerpts. HRC approved Clinton, Julia Smith's idea about the Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections that should distract people from her own missing emails. In absence of direct evidence, Crowdstrike and ThreatConnect will supply the media and Russian foreign intelligence arm, GRU, will hopefully carry on to give more facts. Charlie, this is stunning. And it gets worse. But, go ahead.

CHARLES HURT (GUEST):   Yeah, no, and, of course, every time we look at one of those documents, it's important to look at the date. That one is from late July 2016. And the timeline is what is so kind of stunning here about all of this. You know, early on, you know, by the end of 2016, 2017, we were sort of onto the idea that maybe the Democrat Party was sort of promoting this Russian propaganda and promoting this hoax, the Russian hoax against Donald Trump. We kind of sort of put that together. But, what we didn't realize was, it was literally going to be a child's diagram pointing out like written in crayon, pointing out everybody who was guilty, including Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton approved the plan to basically, you know, push the Russian hoax. That plan was first posited by somebody paid by George Soros. Every single step of the way. Then you have the meetings with the highest level intelligence officers in the land, who worked for the Obama administration. They have agreed to understand, you know, to take this case. And look into it. And it was every single step of the way, it was a, it was a fraud that was designed. They knew that they could get the Obama administration to go along with the campaign's efforts to smear Donald Trump as somehow being in bed with the Russians. That's obviously not what happened. And, in the end, the only people promoting Kremlin propaganda was the Clinton campaign and the Obama administration.
