JEANINE PIRRO (HOST): A lot of times what happens is the FBI will go in and question someone, and they will say that, you know, it’s protected by the First Amendment, there is no imminent danger here. In the Buffalo shooting, that individual who shot – in the Buffalo shooting, what happened was the defendant, before he was a defendant in the shooting, had a mental examination and was released. The question that I'm asking is, in light of the trigger-happy lawsuit country that we live in, in terms of lawsuits and the fact the mental health psychiatric evaluations, these people are released immediately, there has to be some new paradigm to cover those people who end up suing or being released by psychiatrists, when we know that they’re not capable of living in a civilized society.
