SANDRA SMITH (GUEST ANCHOR): I'll put this up on the screen, David, for you. A Washington Examiner op-ed argues that “Of course Disney wants to indoctrinate your children," saying, “They believe that indoctrinating children with these ideas early on is not only good but necessary, which is why they're turning their own company into a vehicle for this ideology. … But unfortunately for Disney, few parents would agree that telling a young child she is pansexual or asexual or that there are multiple genders is either good or necessary.” Where do you stand on this, David? 

DAVID CARLUCCI (FORMER NEW YORK STATE SENATOR): Well look, I think Disney is not following a woke agenda or the left agenda. They are just doing the right thing. What they are saying is, “Look, our characters should match the reality of the American public." And I think that's perfectly fine. I think that they are doing the right thing by saying look, we need to be inclusive, and that's what we need to remember. And look, President Biden is absolutely right to attack these laws that are being passed because they are doing nothing more than securing political points on the right while damaging the future of our children. 

SMITH: The Disney executive wants 50% of all the characters to be gay or they will be underrepresented. You'll have to ask yourself if you believe that represents the American public.
