LEVIN: Let me give you some friendly advice. You should find a couple other small businesses in a similar situation and be prepared to invest in a lawyer to sue this, to sue them over this. I think you at least have some arguments to make. But look at -- look at look at you, a small businessman, you have to compete with the federal government and the checks they've been handing out. You -- your taxes are expected to go through the roof now. The inflation drives up the price of labor, drives up the price of materials and goods. You can only pass on so much of that.
Your profit margin's getting walloped, you just came through a pandemic, and now he's saying you must make sure that every one of your employees is vaccinated or tested every single week. And if you're an employee and you're getting a check, you're getting -- "Then screw this. I'm leaving. I'm not putting up with it."
