BRET BAIER (CHIEF POLITICAL ANCHOR): Right, but the governors do have a say, and they are in constant dialogue, as you heard the vice president say, in these meetings with the coronavirus task force and FEMA. I thought it was interesting, just noting the politics of things, the president has talked about Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Gov. Gavin Newsom, of California and New York, obviously. But Cuomo has said some things, pointed about ventilators and the federal government. And the president took that moment to kind of point back and say -- push back and say the governor could've ordered ventilators.
