SEAN HANNITY (HOST): I understand the president's frustration. It seems like the only people that got held accountable are supporters of the president. We know premeditated fraud on a FISA court. We know the dirty dossier. We know they spied on campaign, transition team, and president. We know that there was outsourcing of spying. When is anybody going to get held accountable here? 

GREGG JARRETT (FOX NEWS LEGAL ANALYST) That's a great question. I wish I knew the answer to it, but it appears to me there is a two-tiered system of justice, selective prosecution, unequal justice under the law. The best example of that is Andrew McCabe, who lied not once, but four times. Three times under oath. Then admitted that he had lied to the FBI. And yet the Department of Justice has decided not to hold him accountable.
