JOSH HOLMES (GOP COMMENTATOR): You should not go into an impeachment process and then whine about the areas where you cannot control. As House Democrats, you can't go into a Republican-led Senate and dictate the terms of events. And Nancy Pelosi found that out over the last couple of weeks. They should be prepared to present a case, if they think they have one, for impeachment of the president of the United States. I think what's become very clear over the last few weeks is that they don't have one, so they have to argue process, they have to try to make this political, and they have to put pressure on people like Sen. [Susan] Collins and others to try to feel political pressure, because ultimately the underlying substance does not exist.
