MATT WALSH (HOST0: Now, you know, I know we've covered this very thoroughly, so I probably don't need to repeat myself, but I will say anyway that we should not have noncitizens on any form of welfare at all. We should not be forcing our citizens to feed foreigners who aren't even citizens of the country. That -- you want to talk about reforming the system, that's the most basic level of reform. And, you know, I've argued this week and for years that the vast majority of EBT recipients don't really need it, that they're not going to starve to death without it, and that a large number of them are lazy. Like, they don't want they don't want to put the work in, and they'd rather live off the system. That is not everybody, of course. I've got all these comments from, well, I know someone who's -- that's not true of everyone. It's like, yeah. I said it was not true of everyone. You don't need to leave a comment. When I said, no. This isn't true of everyone, but it's true of a lot of people - you don't need to leave a comment. It's like, yeah. But that's not true of everyone. I said that. I actually said that. Yeah. But I so -- yeah, I don't need to know about the anecdote of the person who really needs it. I get it. I understand that, but there are a lot of people for whom that is not the case, and that's what we're talking about.
So anyway -- but as I've talked about that -- that a lot of people don't need it. Well, when it comes to the non-Americans on EBT, it -- they don't need it is irrelevant. I don't care if they need it or not. Maybe some of them do need it. Maybe some of them would starve without it. Well, you know what I would say even to them? And this is really -- this is going to get clipped. This is be very cruel. It's gonna sound very cruel. But if there's a noncitizen here who would starve without EBT, I would still say we should not give it to them because you're not supposed to be here, so go back home. If you can't make it in this country, you know, and feed yourself -- if you can't even do the basics of feeding yourself in this country, you're not even supposed to be here in the first place, then leave. I don't want you to starve death. I don't want anyone to starve death. Go home. Go home. Go back to your home. This is not your home. And if you can't figure out how to live here enough to even feed yourself, then it's clearly not working. So go home. And I wish you well. I wish you well in your home. I do. I want you to live long and healthy and eat all the food you want. I truly do. But not here. This is not your home. Go back to where you came from. It should not need to be said that it is not the responsibility of the American taxpayer to feed the entire world. And at a time when so many Americans can't afford groceries, everything is so expensive, people are struggling to get by, the idea that we are importing foreigners to be taken care of, to be cared for, to be fed and sheltered and clothed like helpless infants is just infuriating.
