MARK LEVIN (HOST): Some of the journalists, so-called, are commenting on the information that's coming out from the lawyers and so forth, "Even Trump's lawyers didn't believe he could win from the challenge."

How many lawyers did Trump have? He had several. Some said, yes, said no.

And John Eastman has turned into the fall guy. He's a lawyer and advocate for the president and whether you agree with his legal judgment, his legal findings or not, it's what lawyers do.

We're told over and over again by the legal analysts that his position on the Constitution and the power of the vice president under the 12th Amendment and under federal law is frivolous and baseless.
