MARK LEVIN (HOST): There was a ruling today, or an opinion issue today in Moore v. Harper that's one of the most disgusting opinions I've read left -- yet. A six to three majority, that means three of the Republicans went with the three radical Democrats. It's an opinion written by John Roberts, the chief justice who has made it abundantly clear now that he is a worthless fraud and phony. He has surrendered all his principles. Kavanaugh, who I warned you was no conservative, is proving it every day. And Barrett obviously is under the spell of Roberts, and she's become a complete disaster.
