AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): Mark, how do we prevent what's happening [in Cuba] from here? We heard Nicole Malliotakis, the congresswoman from New York. She said her parents came over. Her family back there is now making $15 a month. She said all the hierarchy is taking the toilet paper and everything else -- they keep it for themselves, and they live like kings. And then we heard [Sen.] Marco Rubio. His dad came over here, got a chance to have a middle class income. He was a janitor, I believe.
STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Bartender.
EARHARDT: A bartender, and the mom was a janitor or a housekeeper --
EARHARDT: And now look at him. I mean, this is the American dream, and they say it's not happening. AOC -- it's not happening here. But this is a slippery slope. We could be two generations away from it happening here, right? Maybe even less.
MARK LEVIN (FOX NEWS HOST): These are the enemies of our country. This is what people need to understand. AOC was a bartender too. Now she's a congresswoman. She's an ingrate; she's a spoiled brat. That's exactly what she is.
Let me explain a few things quickly. Number one, we have to take on these groups. We need to take on these individuals. We can't passively expect the Republican Party to do it or somebody else to do it for us. That's the point of the entire last chapter. I argue we need to create community committees all over this country, in every county, to monitor our school systems, to fight these corporations. We need to show up en masse to these shareholder meetings. Right now only the left does that. We need to target the NEA [National Education Association] and the AFT [American Federation of Teachers]. They are the enemy of education. They are the enemy of our children and school choice. Many of them have special tax exemptions. I used to, and Landmark Legal used to, file complaints against them. In the back of the book, I have links on how to file FOIA requests, how to file complaints, lawyers that you can hire to take these people off. We need to take some of the tactics and strategies of the left and wrap it around their throats.
We are too passive. We are too nice. We need not be threatened or intimidated by their attacks on us, as human beings, the dehumanization that they are involved in. That's what we need to do. We need to stand up. That's this generation's calling right now. Every generation has a calling. Now this is ours.
