MARIA BARTIROMO (ANCHOR): She keeps talking and pushing back on President Trump, who says the election was stolen. She has not acknowledged the issue around mail-in ballots.
I mean, Texas A.G. Ken Paxton said to me the other day, “I know what would’ve happened here in Texas, had we accepted all of these mail-in ballots. They would’ve stopped counting, just like they did in those days, they would’ve been counting mail-in ballots until they get the right number of votes.”
But Liz Cheney refuses to acknowledge what the impact is of all of these mail-in ballots, which is what the Democrats want in their H.R. 1 bill.
