LAURA INGRAHAM: This is what it's come to in the United States of America. How are all the new Muslim immigrants going to feel about the transgender exception for the bathrooms. We're supposed to be a multicultural society? What about the Muslims? We know that they're offended by this. So this is the only hope, I think, for the Christians. If it's the Muslims who are offended by something then maybe -- and the Christians are offended -- then they can piggy back on the success of the Muslims getting special treatment.

South Dakota says no thanks, they do not want to follow in the footsteps of California, which has made all sorts of concessions to the transgendered moment. And again, It's not -- everyone has to understand this -- this not about bathrooms or not about equality. It's not about any of that. This is just a political agenda. It's just about power. So if you -- don't mistake the issue of oh this is about making people feel better. No, it's not about any of that. This is about identity politics, a raw power grab from the states and the federal government. If we screw up this election and we lose this election, the court is liable to do anything on these issues. Anything.
