WILL CAIN (FOX NEWS HOST): We keep getting stories about Chinese nationals.

BILL MELUGIN (FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT); Border Patrol publishes some of the people they caught and there will be countries on there I've had to Google, I've never heard of them before, Eritrea, Mauritania, these countries in Africa and you wonder how do these people get there because they gotta fly around all these different countries and cross through different countries and yeah, the Chinese numbers, they're up over nine hundred percent right now compared to the same time last year.

RACHEL CAMPOS-DUFFY (FOX NEWS HOST): How is this not a national emergency? I mean, we're in basically a war with them practically.

MELUGIN: And they're mass releasing a lot of them, with what is called an NTAOR, a Notice To Appear Release on your Own Recognizance.

CAMPOS-DUFFY: The Chinese are getting that same treatment as the –

MELUGIN: If they claim fear, they are being released with what's called an NTAOR. Mass release. Busses dropping them off in Brownsville, Texas. Yes.

PETE HEGSETH (FOX NEWS HOST): It's almost like we don't have a country. I mean, really. You don't have borders, you don't have a country.
