GREG KELLY (HOST): Mike Johnson, I'm expecting more out of you.
Speaker Johnson, come on — you said this year that you were going to establish a new select subcommittee for the 119th Congress to continue House Republicans' investigation into all events leading up to and after January 6.
Now, a couple of things about this, folks. He announced his intent. Right? And what does he say there at the end, into all events leading up to and after January 6, right? Up to and after January 6? What's that all about? What about on January 6? You see, he's playing a little bit of a game there. OK. What else? We are establishing this select subcommittee to continue our efforts to uncover the full truth that is owed to the American people. Well, do it already. Do it. He's not doing it. All right, we can. Yeah. Yep, yep. You see, all events leading up to and after January 6 seems a little fishy to me.
All right, one other thing about this January 6 stuff and somebody who might just turn out to be an ally. See you later, Speaker Johnson. Officer Harry Dunn. Now, I don't like him. We were just talking about this guy. I picked up his book and I found something kind of fascinating in the book. Listen to what was different for him about January 6. Check this out. It's pretty wild.
...
KELLY: Brand new helmets, OK. Brand new helmets. What's so special about brand new helmets? Brand new helmets on January 6? I'm not raising these questions, Harry Dunn is. Check this out.
...
KELLY: I'd just like to know why, that's all. How about that, Harry Dunn? I'd like to know why too. But here's the thing. I know you came to some conclusions there that it wasn't — maybe they didn't know ahead of time. I think a lot of people knew ahead of time that something big was going down on January 6, and some of them wanted it to go down.
We need another real investigation about January 6, looking at the cops, not just underlying issues or questions about the election — about the FBI, about the cops leaving doors open. Ashli Babbitt, Michael Byrd, the whole damn thing. OK?
