DANA PERINO (CO-ANCHOR): Billionaire democratic mega donor George Soros is reportedly helping to fund a network of left wing activists on TikTok. President Biden has tapped these influencers to push his agenda and boost his reelection. And, according to the report, Soros Foundation gave millions to a nonprofit which in turn donated at least $300,000 to the activist group Gen Z for Change. Carley Shimkus and Tom Shillue join us now. So, a couple thoughts on this. In some ways, Carley, it's not working because the youth vote is saying "yes, we might not like the Republicans," but they're really unhappy with Joe Biden, too.

CARLEY SHIMKUS (FOX CO-HOST): Right, and I think that's why they're doing it. I actually think this is a really smart strategy, because -- people can make fun of this. It's kind of an easy headline to pick fun at, "Democrats are turning to TikTok influencers." But I think Republicans need to take this seriously and come up with a counter strategy, because there are pockets of young people who are really politically dialed in, but then there are young people who will base their whole political identity off a few TikTok videos they've seen and that will translate into votes for Joe Biden. So, they may not like Republicans, they may not be happy with President Biden, but this could change their mind.

BILL HEMMER (CO-ANCHOR): Uh huh. Tommy?

TOM SHILLUE (FOX CONTRIBUTOR): Here's the strategy: mock them. Gutfeld has a thing: mock it and move on. I love that, because if you mock it and move on, you're not taking it seriously. George Soros obviously is an evil man who's trying to destroy the United States, but if you treat him like that, then you huff and puff and you do exactly what he wants. Basically you want to take the Libs of TikTok approach and you want to mock these people and show them for the idiots that they are. And if you look at some of these accounts, they are quite silly. I don't even think they should have a strategy. People on the Right, forget the strategy. Just, if you find somebody on the Right who's making waves, just throw $300,000 at them and have them make some videos. That's what they do here.
