AINSLEY EARHARDT: (CO-HOST): We are back with a Fox News alert, breaking right now. The Commission on Presidential Debates just announcing the second presidential debate will be virtual. It will be in the form of a town hall meeting with the candidates participating in separate remote locations.

...

Dr. Saphier, I will start with you, because you are a physician. Is this the safest way to handle this since he is positive with COVID?

DR. NICOLE SAPHIER (FOX NEWS MEDICAL CONTRIBUTOR): In terms of whether or not they should be going virtual, at the end of the day, if they are going to be 12 feet apart they are going to have plexiglass and they are having a split-screen why would it be a problem just to be having it virtually. If we're giving cancer diagnoses virtually all of my meetings these days are virtually. I think virtual town halls are completely fine but with that being said we want to make sure they are not being fed answers, they are not reading off of a teleprompter. I mean there are concerns why we don't want to have it virtually, but I think for the safety of the nation and just as of right now I think it's not a bad idea to be having them virtually.

EARHARDT: Alright Kareth, how about you, what do you think?

KARITH FOSTER (COMEDIAN): Oh, I agree with Dr. Saphier. Better to be safe than sorry. Why put everybody at risk. We need somebody running the country who is not ill. So absolutely, keep them safe and, yes, there are concerns of the answers being fed. But, you know, hopefully, everybody will have their integrity with them and we will have a good debate.

EARHARDT: Rachel how about you, how do you feel about it?

RACHEL CAMPOS-DUFFY (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR, FOX NATION HOST): Trust but verify. If I was the Trump campaign, I would be putting in place some sort of rules to make sure that he doesn't have something in his ear or some sort of, you know, I don't know how they do it, but they have got to have somebody there to make sure is he not cheating because we have seen some things before with teleprompters that are pretty sketchy on the Biden side.
