Fox & Friends worries about federal raid of Michael Cohen: What if Trump's tax returns were seized?

Andrew Napolitano: “They say they are looking for evidence of criminal behavior on the part of Michael Cohen. ... They probably are looking for evidence about the president”

From the April 16 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:

Video file

ANDREW NAPOLITANO (FOX NEWS SENIOR JUDICIAL ANALYST): Suppose the president's tax returns are in those files that were seized. What business is that of Bob Mueller?

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): What about those tapes? Supposedly there are tapes.

NAPOLITANO: Maybe there are tapes between Michael Cohen saying to others, “The president want this. The president wants that,” and that this and that would embarrass the president. If that stuff is not privileged, the feds get it and can do with it whatever they want.

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): And what are they looking for?

NAPOLITANO: They say they are looking for evidence of criminal behavior on the part of Michael Cohen. Bank fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud. They probably are looking for evidence about the president.
