BRAD THOMAS (AUTHOR): Yeah, absolutely, this is the art of negotiation, Steve.

DOOCY: When you look at personal history as businessman and a real estate developer, he got Mar-a-Lago, he got that winery down in Virginia, he got Doral Country Club in south Florida all by going to the negotiating table, making an offer, “Eh, eh, I'm -- I'm leaving, that's not something I can deal with.” Came back later and got those things at fire sale prices.
