STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): The president talked to [House Majority Leader] Nancy Pelosi on the phone at the 11th hour and she said you know, come on, don't have the ICE raids. And he said OK, I'll give you two weeks. She is ready -- according to Griff Jenkins' report -- she is ready to deal with some of that $4.5 billion humanitarian package, but that's just humanitarian. That's not for a lot of stuff that the president wants. So the big question is will the House go ahead and pass that, Senate pass it as well, and in two weeks will president order the ICE raids because nothing really happened with asylum and loopholes?

KEN CUCCINELLI (ACTING USCIS DIRECTOR): Right, well it is important to fix the loopholes. I mean, I spent a lot of time as an attorney general fighting human trafficking in Virginia, and we literally have a legal system that Congress could fix that right now is set up that essentially makes the federal government the last mile in a human trafficking chain. Because we're literally handing unaccompanied children over to illegal aliens in this is country and they know that, so they pay the thousands of dollars to drug cartels, some of the most violent, vicious people on earth, who have basically put up a tollbooth on the south side of the border for two-thirds of the people coming across. They're paying those drug cartels. That's what Nancy Pelosi's efforts are financing right now.
